The Consecration of the United States of America to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
As our nation marks the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, the bishops of our country will consecrate our nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 11, 2026. This special act of faith comes at a providential time for both our nation and our Diocese of Greensburg as we continue celebrating our diocesan anniversary year. In a world often marked by division, uncertainty, and hardship, we turn to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as the source of mercy, healing, unity, and hope. All are encouraged to participate spiritually in this important moment by praying the Novena to the Sacred Heart from June 3–11 and by entrusting our families, our communities, and our nation to the loving Heart of Christ.
