Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School (VBS) helps children learn about religion, while building a lifetime of memories and friendships.

Each day, your child will be a part of the fun Scripture based program they can see, hear, touch and even taste! Fun crafts, team-building games, great songs and tasty treats are just a few of the Serengeti Trek activities that will help faith grow into real life.

Vacation Bible School Teachers

Teachers at VBS are church staff, as well as church members volunteering their time. Many of the church members helping out with Vacation Bible School are parents and high school students.

Age

Preschool through elementary school children benefit the most from Vacation Bible School. We also offer free childcare for volunteers who have children too young to attend VBS.

Cost

There is no charge to attend our Vacation Bible School program.

Registration

Although there is no cost for this program, you must pre-register your child for this life-changing adventure. To help us plan, please fill out the registration form as soon as possible.

Volunteering for Vacation Bible School

Our parish VBS relies heavily on volunteers to help with various aspects of the program. Volunteers are needed to assure a safe environment with adequate adult supervision. In order to help us with planning, all volunteers are asked to fill out a volunteer registration form.

You can help with snacks, crafts, registration, setting up, breaking down, storytelling, coordinating other volunteers and more; or, if you prefer a hands-off approach, we accept donations of items such as crafts and decorations related to the VBS theme or monetary donations to help defray the cost of these items.
